By joining and/or participating in the Click Voyager website, you are agreeing to the following terms. Failure to comply with any of the following will result in immediate termination of your account.

Membership

• Strictly one account per person. Anyone found to have multiple accounts will have all accounts deleted and will lose all credits, referrals and other benefits. No exceptions, no refunds.
• Contact information must be accurate and available. Anyone using a false or unavailable email address will have their account removed and will lose all credits, referrals and other benefits.
• Members are expected to be courteous to admin and to other members at all times. Any member acting abusively will have their account removed and will lose all credits, referrals and other benefits.
• All paid memberships have credits disbursed at time of subscription creation and as a result no refunds can be offered.

Suitability Of Websites

• No adult websites/opportunities are allowed on the exchange or in the banner/text link rotation. Offenders will be removed and will lose all credits, referrals and other benefits.
• No warez websites/opportunities are allowed on the exchange or in the banner/text link rotation. Offenders will be removed and will lose all credits, referrals and other benefits.
• No offensive websites/opportunities (as determined solely by Click Voyager admin) are allowed on the exchange or in the banner/text link rotation. Offenders will be removed and will lose all credits, referrals and other benefits.
• No framebreakers allowed in the exchange.
• Sites entered into the exchange or linked to via banners/text links must not have more than one popup (this includes popup windows launching further popups).
• Sites entered into the exchange must not resize/modify the browser window.
• Sites entered into the exchange must not launch any form of javascript alert that requires user input.
• Sites entered into the exchange must not include hidden iframes or employ any other means to run background scripts.
